WINTER TEMPERATURE FAQ

Some homes were constructed prior to 1900 and have trouble retaining heat in extreme cold temperatures.

From September 15th to June 1st, rental units should be supplied with heat in order to achieve the following minimum temperatures:

* 68 degrees from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

* 66 degrees from 10:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.

We prioritize any work orders that do not meet those temperature standards.
